Gina Birch

British musician, visual artist, and filmmaker Gina Birch is a founding member of the immensely important post-punk group the Raincoats, and in times when that band was inactive, she made music as part of the Red Krayola, Dorothy, and many other groups. In the late 2010s, Birch released her first solo material, and in 2023 she released her debut solo album, I Play My Bass Loud, on Third Man Records.
