The all-girl Japanese pop-punk act Gitogito Hustler formed in 1995 in Kyoto, Japan. Later relocating to Tokyo, the group comprised Mitsuko (guitar), Tae (bass), and sisters Yago (vocals/guitar) and Fusa (drums). Starting up their own label in April 2002 called Candy Poison, they released the Gitogito.org EP in May 2003 and played a slot at October's CMJ Festival in New York.
