Grace Phipps

Born and raised in Texas, Grace Phipps is an actress best known for her performances in The Vampire Diaries, The Nine Lives of Chloe King, and Teen Beach Movie. Phipps majored in musical theater at the North East School of the Arts and Robert E. Lee High School, and moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting professionally after graduating in 2010.
