A native of Prague, soprano Hana Blaziková attended Charles University, where she earned degrees in musicology and philosophy. She also studied voice with Jiri Kotouc at the Prague Conservatory, where she earned her diploma in voice in 2002. Blaziková has appeared in operas, notably as Susanna in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro, and as Zerlina in Don Giovanni, though most of her performances have been in the early music field, where she sings and plays Gothic harp.
