Biography
Heidecker & Wood is the soft rock-worshiping project of Adult Swim series Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!'s Tim Heidecker and the show's composer Davin Wood. The pair was working on music for the show at Heidecker's house when they ended up writing a song that sounded more like '70s soft rock than anything that could be used for Tim & Eric. Over the course of two years, the duo continued to write and record in that vein, eventually bringing in Rilo Kiley drummer Jason Boesel and bassist Pierre de Reeder to replace the tracks' programmed beats with a live rhythm section.
