Offering punk-pop of a harmonic, Ramones-beholden variety, Hiccup is a New York indie rock band that emerged from The Chris Gethard Show, the cable access-turned-network variety show. Hallie Bulleit (the Unlovables) and Alex Clute met as members of the LLC, the show's house band, which has also included Mikey Erg, among others. The pair hit it off, musically speaking, and decided to flesh out and record some of the hooky, ephemeral 30-second vignettes they were creating for TV.
