Horacio Palencia

Horacio Palencia is a Grammy-winning songwriter and recording artist who has written hits for numerous artists in the regional Mexican genre. Palencia was born and raised in Rosario, Sinaloa (though he later relocated to Mazatlan). He loved music and was self-taught on several instruments including piano and guitar, but he spent his school years studying business administration for a job in the tourism industry.
