Singer/guitarist Howard Livingston actually did what many nine-to-five workers dream of doing: he gave up the workaday world, moved to the Florida Keys, and became a musician. Livingston was born in Kentucky and raised in Marion, IN. He learned the guitar in his youth and played in a band as a teenager. But at 18 he moved to Chicago, studied engineering, and launched a business manufacturing parts for diesel engines; 22 years went by.
