Hubert Mounier

Hubert Mounier is a French singer/songwriter who experienced a decade of success as part of the art pop band L'Affaire Louis Trio before embarking on a solo career around the turn of the century. Born in Lyon, France, he co-founded L'Affaire Louis Trio in 1982. Comprised of his brother Vincent Mounier (guitar, bass; aka Karl Niagara), François Lebleu (keyboard, drums; aka Bronco Junior), and himself (vocals, guitar; aka Cleet Boris), the Lyon-based band made its full-length album debut in 1987 with Chic Planète on Barclay Records.
