Biography
A native of Guadalajara, Mexico, singer/songwriter Hugo Rosario honed a distinctive sound fusing a contemporary cumbia style with traditional Sinaolense Banda music. Making his EMI Latin debut in 1997 with El Hombre Aquel, he issued Coqueta later that same year; Para Poder Olvidarte followed in 1998. ~ Jason Ankeny
