Crafting lively, harmony-rich acoustic fare that bridges progressive folk and country in the vein of the Avett Brothers, Humming House hail from Nashville, Tennessee. The group formed in 2011 around songwriter Justin Wade Tam (guitar/ukulele/vocals). He was joined by bassist Benjamin Jones and mandolinist Josh Wolak on their debut album, Humming House, released via Humble Mouse Records in 2012.
