Hyejin Chung

Hong Kong-based violinist Hyejin Chung has made several recordings of unknown German music for the Naxos label. Often heard in performance and on recordings with pianist Warren Lee, she is also an educator. Chung was partly trained in Russia and was quite active there as a concert artist. She and Lee released the album Robert Fuchs: Violin Sonatas Nos. 4-6 on Naxos in 2024. Chung, whose surname is also transliterated as Jeong, was born in South Korea.
