Crafting expansively arranged pop with a distinctive bedroom production, songwriter J Fernandez slowly built a catalog of understatedly beautiful recordings. Transplanting to Chicago from Arkansas in the early 2000s, Fernandez issued several EPs before a proper debut full-length arrived in 2015 with the Joyful Noise release Many Levels of Laughter.
