Jeffrey McFadden

Jeffrey McFadden is a Canadian guitarist. He won a silver medal at the Guitar Foundation of America Competition in 1992, as well as a prize in the Great Lakes Guitar Competition in 1993. McFadden was the first graduate of the Doctor of Musical Arts program at the University of Toronto, where his principal teacher was Norbert Kraft. As an Eaton fellow, McFadden finished his dissertation in 2010, and it was adapted as Fretboard Harmony: Common-Practice Harmony on the Guitar, published by Les Productions d'Oz.
