Jelly Planet

Employing an eclectic blend of noodly, experimental psych-pop, cosmic space rock, and muscular alternative rock, Germany's Jelly Planet were founded in 1997 around the talents of Stephan Hendricks (vocals, keyboard), Alexander Schönert (guitar), Felix Gutierrez (bass), and Jens Küchenthal (drums). Based out of Dortmund, the group issued its debut LP, Food, in 2003 via Pirate Records.
