Jim Allen

Guitarist/singer/songwriter Jim Allen specializes in an original and memorable musical blend of country, folk, and rock. A native of the Bronx, New York, Jim came up in the burgeoning New York City scene of the early-90' s (Richard Shindell, Jeff Buckley, etc.). His first solo album, 1996's 'Weeper's Stomp, ' was issued on the independent 1-800 Prime label, which proved to be a critical favorite with it's acoustic and blues leanings.
