Jocelyn Montgomery was surround by music while growing up in England. With a grandfather who hobbied as a fiddle-maker introduced her to the beautiful, classical sounds of her native country. Furthering her interests at The Purcell School of Music for the next six years, Montgomery studied formal vocal training and continued it at Saint Paul's Girl School while taking up the Violin.
