Songwriter Jorge Luís Piloto enjoyed a long and prolific career as a contemporary Latin pop hitmaker. He wrote songs for numerous performers, among them Chayanne, Rey Ruiz, José José, Luis Enrique, Jerry Rivera, la Mafia, Frankie Negron, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Francesca Cezan, Lourdes Robles, Willie Gonzalez, Yolandita Monge, and salsa queen Celia Cruz, among many others.
