Focusing on the musical roots of the tango, including the milonga, candombe, and habanera, pianist/vocalist Juan Carlos Caceres has crafted a highly emotional style that he claims comes from the "caves of existentialism and jazz with ten years of time shift." A native of Buenos Aires, Caceres has resided in Paris since 1968.
