Biography
Juliette Hurel is a French flutist. She won first prizes for flute and chamber music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, and won other awards in competitions in Darmstadt, Kobé, and Bucharest, as well as at the Concours de flûte Jean-Pierre-Rampal. She frequently performs chamber music with cellists Gary Hoffman and Jean-Guihen Queyras, violist Yuri Bashmet, violinist Shlomo Mintz, harpist Marielle Normann, pianist Stephen Kovacevich, and the Wanderer Trio.
