Born and raised on a remote farm in the Australian state of Victoria, Kane Alexander's love of music was instilled after finding a selection of classical and operatic records belonging to his grandparents. At age 11, Alexander knew he wanted to carve a career in music so the youngster was enrolled in singing lessons, and within a few years found himself studying at the Victoria College of the Arts in Melbourne.
