Bay Area singer/songwriter Kelly Finnigan is a rootsy, soulful performer known for his work as the lead singer of the funky R&B outfit Monophonics. Following almost a decade of work with the band, he issued his debut solo album, The Tales People Tell, in 2019.
Born in Los Angeles in 1981, Finnigan grew up in a musical family the son of Mike Finnigan, a keyboardist and singer known for his own albums as well as his work with Jimi Hendrix, Joe Cocker, Taj Mahal, and others.
