Ghanaian afrobeat singer/songwriter Dennis Nana Dwamena (aka KiDi) rose to fame through his participation in talent contests, before blazing his own trail through Ghana's highlife scene. Hailing from Accra, Ghana, Dwamena was proactive in getting his music heard through his regular appearances at "Moonlight Café" events; nights that are designed to give new artists a chance to perform.
