Kieran Overs

Bassist Kieran Overs has been active on the Toronto jazz scene since the mid 1970s. Although a popular sideman, Overs has received critical success for the writing in his own larger ensembles. As a soloist on his own recordings, he tends to favour a style similar to Charlie Haden, a modern approach that reaches through the changes in search of more pure melodies.
