A former member of the Korean boy band 24K, Kim Jeong Uk -- stylized as Kim Jeong_uk -- struck out on his own in 2019 as a purveyor of smooth, dreamy R&B and hip-hop before exploring melodic indie rock.
He was born in Busan, South Korean in 1993 and, 20 years later, Seoul-based 24K took him into their fold as their main rapper and dancer.
