Biography
The UK punk pop quartet from Bolton, Lancashire Kinesis was formed in September 2000 when Michael Bromley (b. 30 September 1983; vocals/guitar), Conor McGloin (b. 14 December 1984; guitar), Tom Marshall (b. 14 April 1983; bass) and Neil Chow (b. 28 June 1984; drums) met up at a rehearsal studio to see what transpired. Their five-track demo recording soon began circulating under the name of The Flowers Are Dead, despite the fact that the band never intended the recording to be issued to the masses (supposedly, only 10 copies were pressed at the time).
