Kyle Hollingsworth

Best known as the keyboard player for Boulder, Colorado-based jam band the String Cheese Incident, Maryland native Kyle Hollingsworth was born March 2, 1968. He majored in music, with emphasis on jazz piano, at Towson State University, while moonlighting with Black Friday, a Baltimore psychedelic rock band. After moving to Boulder, Colorado, he joined the String Cheese Incident, where he not only played electric piano, Hammond organ, clavinet, synthesizer, and accordion, but also sang and wrote songs, some in collaboration with Robert Hunter.
