Taking their name from the Latin word for weeping, Switzerland-based duo Lacrimosa employ an icy blend of darkwave, gothic rock, and symphonic metal that invokes names like Tristania, Lacuna Coil, Theater of Tragedy, Sisters of Mercy, and Epica.
