Lanemeyer

The New Jersey-based punk quartet of Lanemeyer began in late 1997 with the lineup of Chris Barker (vocals/guitar), Mike Doyle (vocals/bass), Casey Morgan (guitar), and Sean Smith (drums). Resulting in an aggressive pop-punk sound, their first self-released EP, Stories from the Big Screen, came out in 1999 before the band signed to the Washington, D.C.-based Too Hep Records. The following year, Lanemeyer released their first full-length, If There's a Will, There's Still Nothing. But things didn't last long, since the band subsequently announced its dissolution in 2001.
