Bassist Larry Grenadier was born in San Francisco on February 6, 1966. He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in English Literature in 1989. Grenadier has played bass with numerous jazz artists including Charles Lloyd, Paul Motian, Billy Higgins, Michael Brecker, Brian Blade, David Sanchez, Chris Potter, and Danilo Perez.
