Le Luci della Centrale Elettrica is a sparsely arranged, folk-influenced indie rock project by Italian singer/songwriter Vasco Brondi. After creating a self-titled demo in 2007, his 2008 debut album, Canzoni da Spiaggia Detrupata, was released by La Tempesta Dischi. Produced by Giorgio Canali, it won a prestigious Targa Tenco award for Miglior Opera Prima (Best Debut).
