Songwriter Lee Garrett co-wrote Steve Wonder's number one R&B hit "Signed, Sealed and Delivered I'm Yours"; the Wonder-produced number one R&B hit by Jermaine Jackson, "Let's Get Serious"; and The Spinners' "It's a Shame." Garrett's resumé includes stints as the music director for Philadelphia soul music radio station WHAT and singing in nightclubs. Garrett first met Wonder at the Michigan School for fhe Blind.
