Lendy Y La Declaracion

Lendy Y La Declaracion is a cumbia band that hails from Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, Mixco. Led by vocalist Lendy, the group specializes in vallenato music, adding norteno and cumbia styles to the basic foundation. The group released their first album, Declaracion de Amor, in the spring of 1997 on EMI Latin. It was followed a year later by La Persona Ideal. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
