Lenzman

Teije van Vliet was a drum'n'bass producer who recorded as Lenzman. Like many of the '90s drum'n'bass artists who inspired him, the Netherlands, Amsterdam-based van Vliet applied samples sourced from outside genres -- including classic jazz and soul, as revitalized through golden age rap production -- to emotive tracks that prioritized musicality as much as raw dancefloor functionality.
