Hailing from Asbury Park, New Jersey, Little Hag play clever, nervy rock & roll with a punk's sense of swagger and emotional honesty and a rocker's love of noisy guitars. The group is fronted by Avery Mandeville, who possesses a voice that's tough even as it quavers, and her lyrics are fiercely personal whether they're witty, confessional, confrontational, or a combination of the three.
