LOLO is the performing name of Jackson, Tennessee native Lauren Pritchard. A singer from a young age, Pritchard moved to Los Angeles as a teenager hoping to break into the music business. She eventually got her first big break in musical theater. Hoping to parlay her success into a pop music career, she relocated to the U.K. and signed a deal with Universal/Island Records. Working with acclaimed British songwriter/producer Eg White, she recorded her debut, Wasted in Jackson, a dusky mix of pop and with tones of blue-eyed soul.
