A slow jam specialist from Havana, FL, a small town outside of Tallahassee. A former high school athlete, Lorenzo Smith has that rugged look and build girls love. The strong gospel influence in his phrasing and delivery comes from his family's church roots. His early musical influences includedMichael Jackson, El Debarge, and New Edition, but he couldn't help being swayed by Otis Redding, James Brown, and Sam Cooke, his mom's favorites.
