Los Dareyes de la Sierra

Founded in 1997, Los Dareyes de la Sierra are an internationally popular Musica Mexicana group from Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico. Their sound melds traditional folk forms including corrido, banda, norteño, and even mariachi with modern production techniques and electronics. Their recordings chart regularly in Mexico and Central America, while their sold-out concerts -- both in dancehalls and concert venues -- made their innovation not only popular but influential.
