The UK's entrants in the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest, dance/rap collective Love City Groove originally entered the competition ‘for a bit of a laugh'. Certainly their stylised but effusive distillation of the Stereo MC's formula proved an unexpected hit in the qualifying stages. Led by Beanz (b.
