Malachiii strives to uplift listeners with a mix of pop, R&B, hip-hop, and dance music. Shortly after he self-released his first singles in 2020, he landed a deal with Motown, an affiliation that peaked in 2022 with an EP entitled The Ascension. Even bigger breaks came over the next couple years, when he contributed "Make It Out Alive" to the soundtrack of The Spider Within: A Spider-Verse Story, and teamed with Adam Port and Orso for the club hit "Move."
