Mao Fujita

Pianist Mao Fujita is a fast-rising figure who has won several major awards. He has dual specialties in Mozart and Romantic piano music. Fujita was born in Tokyo on November 28, 1998. He took up the piano at age three. Fujita's early teachers included Yuka Matsuyama and Gen Matsuyama. He attended the Tokyo College of Music High School and then went on to the Tokyo College of Music talented students' division as a special scholarship student in piano performance.
