Margaret Fingerhut

Pianist Margaret Fingerhut has a long history of exploring little-known British music in recital and on a large catalog of recordings. She is also a frequent concerto soloist, a chamber music player, and a music writer. Fingerhut has been a fixture of the Chandos label's catalog since the mid-'80s. She moved to the Somm label in 2025 for the album Ukraine: A Piano Portrait. Fingerhut was born in London on March 30, 1955.
