Marilù Lorèn

Italian experimental rock band Marilu Loren got involved in the local underground scene in the mid-'90s, after playing as Secret Love Corner and recording a demo in English. They later changed the group's name to Marilu Loren, which is based on its musicians names, Matteo Quintiliani, Riccardo Angelone, Luca Novelli, and Lorenzo Monaco. After issuing a self-titled record in 1997, the band started composing in Italian, becoming one of the finalist at the Arezzo Wave Festival. ~ Drago Bonacich
