Biography
An adventurous jazz drummer, Mark Guiliana is known both for his work as a sideman and a bandleader. He garnered early 21st century notice in the bands of bassist Avishai Cohen, saxophonist Donny McCaslin, and guitarist Brad Shepik. He has since gained acclaim for a variety of other boundary-pushing projects. Guiliana made electronic music as early as Beat Music in 2012, and 2014's The Los Angeles Improvisations.
