Martin James Bartlett

Pianist Martin James Bartlett was winning major prizes and appearing with orchestras across Britain by his early 20s. He benefited from several high-profile appearances, including a win at the 2014 BBC Young Musician of the Year contest. Bartlett was born on July 20, 1996, in Hornchurch in suburban London and took up the piano at six. He later studied the bassoon and the recorder as well.
