Mas Aya

Mas Aya is the solo project of Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer Brandon Valdivia. Generally known as a drummer for various bands and ensembles, including Picastro and Not the Wind, Not the Flag, Valdivia plays a wide variety of traditional instruments on his solo recordings, including wind instruments like the bansuri and the quena, as well as various forms of percussion and thumb pianos.
