Matchbox Bluesband

Formed in Frankfurt, Germany, in the mid-80s, the band became very popular on the national blues circuit. The four members, Klaus ‘Mojo' Kilian (vocals, harmonica, slide guitar), Bernd Simon (vocals/guitar), Detlef Schmidt (bass), and George Viel (drums), were still performing together in the new millennium.
