Matt Brouwer

Matt Brouwer is a Canadian singer/songwriter whose powerful faith-based CCM albums have garnered him two GMA Canada Covenant Awards and a Juno Award. A native of Truro, Nova Scotia, his musical career began while attending college in Alberta where he and some fellow students formed a band called Monday Night Worship. Their music was brought to the attention of Nashville-based Christian label Reunion Records, who signed Brouwer to a solo deal in 2000.
