A dynamic vocalist and songwriter whose music threads contemporary R&B with pop melodicism and urban attitude, Maya Milan is equal parts passion, sensuality, and wit. Based in Maryland, she began releasing music in the mid-2010s, issuing a handful of singles followed by a 2016 EP, 11:11. Additional singles like "The Struggle" and "Don't Owe You" appeared over the next few years as she split time between her own music and working as Keith Sweat's touring vocalist. Milan returned with a second EP, Passin Time, in 2024.
