MC Neguinho do Kaxeta is the alias of Brazilian funk singer Júlio Cesar Santos Ferreira. Born in 1986 and raised in Caxeta, a São Vicente favela on the outskirts of São Paulo, Neguinho began performing in local parties at the tail-end of the 1990s as one-half of the short-lived duo Lan e Neguinho.
